In her “Ingraham Angle” monologue on Tuesday, host Laura Ingraham warned that Democrats, led by President Biden, are intent on treating half the United States as a “mortal enemy” and in turn denying or ignoring Americans' long-cherished civil liberties and constitutional rights.
