Hollywood heavyweight Will Smith is facing a bombshell sexual harassment lawsuit filed by professional violinist and former "America's Got Talent" contestant Brian King Joseph. The legal action, lodged in Los Angeles just before the new year, levels serious allegations against the Oscar-winning actor and his associates at Treyball Studios Management, Inc.

According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Joseph accuses Smith of "deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation." The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of events following Joseph's initial performance with Smith in December 2024, after which the "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" singer allegedly hired the violinist to join his "Based on a True Story: 2025 Tour."

Joseph claims his relationship with Smith intensified, with the actor reportedly offering him a chance to contribute to his upcoming album. Court papers state that Smith and Joseph began spending significant time alone, during which Smith allegedly expressed, "You and I have such a special connection, that I don’t have with anyone else," alongside similar declarations of closeness.

The core of the allegations centers on a harrowing incident in March 2025, during the first leg of the tour in Las Vegas. Joseph was provided a hotel room booked by Smith's team, with the understanding that only crew and hotel staff would have had access. After placing his room key in a bag left in a transport van, Joseph claims the bag was inexplicably delayed for hours.

Upon returning to his room later that evening, the "America's Got Talent" finalist discovered unsettling evidence suggesting an unlawful entry. Among the items found were a handwritten note addressed to him that read: "Brian, I’ll be back no later [sic] 5:30, just us (drawn heart), Stone F." Further disturbing discoveries included wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication bearing another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unknown to Joseph.

Fearing for his safety and potential sexual assault, Joseph immediately alerted hotel security and Smith’s representatives. He documented the evidence with photographs, requested a room change, and reported the incident to the local non-emergency police line (311).

Shockingly, Joseph alleges that instead of protection or support, Smith's team began to blame him for the incident just days later. "Rather than being protected against further assault, and for attempting to understanding Plaintiff’s complaint, Plaintiff was shamed by Defendant and told that he was being terminated," the complaint states. When Joseph pressed for a reason, Tim Miller, acting on behalf of the defendants, allegedly shifted the blame, stating, "I don’t know, you tell me, because everyone is telling me that what happened to you is a lie, nothing happened, and you made the whole thing up. So, tell me, why did you lie and make this up?"

Despite compiling a detailed timeline of events at Miller's request, Joseph was terminated. The lawsuit points to the subsequent hiring of another violinist for the same tour position as strong evidence that Smith’s stated reason for termination was merely a "pretext."

The lawsuit concludes with a grave accusation, stating, "The facts strongly suggest that Defendant Willard Carroll Smith II was deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation. The sequence of events, Smith’s prior statements to Plaintiff, and the circumstances of the hotel intrusion all point to a pattern of predatory behavior."

This high-profile legal battle casts a shadow over the celebrated actor, who initially rose to fame as a rapper before becoming a global movie star. Representatives for Will Smith and Treyball Studios have yet to comment publicly on the allegations.
